With the L.E multi-advantage document,

1. Documents are issued against giving up of the clients’ foreign currencies to our bank in the free market price declared at the bank on the date of giving up.

2. Documents are issued in EL equivalent to the given up foreign currencies with the minimum of LE5000 for a document, Provided that the purchase is not made after the end of the month following the date of giving up.

3. The certificate is nominal and cannot be exchanged or transferred to others by way of signing at its back, or any other way.

4. The duration of the document is 3 years.

5. The purchase can be made in the name of others or in the name of minors, in accordance with regulating instructions.

6. The purchase can be made by peronne naturaelle or personne morale, whether an Egyptian, an Arab, or foreigner, with no maximum limit.

7. The value of the document in Egyptian pounds may only be redeemed six months after it goes into effect (the issuance month). Upon its redemption, the interest is accrued according to the term between the date of its issuance and the date of its redemption (in full months) and according to the actual results of the bank activities, to the equivalent of 90% of the interest distributed for fixed-time investment accounts (for the same term).

8. The Document holder has a priority to order the purchase of foreign currencies in the exchange rates declared at the bank at the time of purchase, in the limit of 35% of the document value, in accordance with the situations of the foreign currency market, and related instructions.

9. Document holders are allowed financing against their documents, according to stated conditions at the bank.

10. Document purchasers enjoy tax exemptions stated by related laws.

11. A semi-yearly draw is made (in June and December every year) among holders of documents to the effect of LE5000 or its increments, on Umrah trips, provided that a minimum of six months had elapsed at the time of the draw. The number of winners is determined on the basis of one for every 1 million in a draw, with the minimum of 3 prizes for every draw.

12. A semi-yearly draw among is made among document holders who have kept LE20, 000, or more on a one-year subscription to the Basic ART Group of channels.
